Abstract

This study examines the role of organizational culture as a possible mediating variable between the leadership styles of supervisors and certain perceived job outcomes of employees. The study was conducted in a manufacturing organization that employs eighty employees. It was found that transactional leadership induces job stress and turnover intention whereas transformational leadership reduces them.
